Painted en plein air in Sedona at Dancing Apache Ranch and winery one (very) sunny afternoon.
Materials:
Oil primed linen substrate, oil paint, linseed oil
An isolation coat varnish was applied using Natural Pigments Isolating/Finishing Varnish (aldehyde [laropal A81] resin dissolved in pure aromatic solvent and UV stabilizer.) Note that a secondary varnish could be applied after April 2024.
